This blog does not use visitor analytics or advertising trackers.

If you leave a public comment, we store the name you provide, your comment and its date. Approved comments are public. Reactions are stored as totals, without a record of who reacted.

Friends accounts are invitation-only. We store your name, email address and sign-in information to manage your access. Comments in Friends are linked to your account and visible to other signed-in friends.

How do we collect your data?

You provide data when you comment or sign in. Your name and email address are added when you are invited to Friends.

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes connection information, including your IP address, to deliver pages and protect the site. Login protection uses your IP address to limit repeated attempts. Public comments and the buttons that reveal contact email addresses use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam and automated address collection; it processes browser and connection information as described in the Turnstile Privacy Policy.

How will we use your data?

We use this data to display and moderate comments, provide access to Friends, send login codes and prevent abuse. Cloudflare also provides operational traffic statistics and error logs to help keep the site running.

How do we store your data?

Cloudflare stores account information, comments and Friends photos and videos on our behalf. Friends content requires an active account to access. Cloudflare also delivers login emails. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for information about its processing of personal data.
